Online Community Engagement” at the upcoming ACM National Conference in
Pasadena.  The workshop description including a list of the other

Expanding Your Access Mission: Online Community Engagement

Community engagement through use of online platforms such as YouTube,
Facebook and Vimeo hold transformative power for community media centers
by lowering barriers to entry and introducing community content to new
audiences.  Learn how to effectively use the various on-line
platforms. Learn how to find views though effective tagging and titling.
Review best practices and discover new tricks.
